Acquaint Yourself with the PerfAgents Platform

As the name suggests, the PerfAgents Platform offers tenants complete access to the flagship product provided by PerfAgents. Tenants can easily navigate to the PerfAgents Platform.

The Dashboard prominently features the product Uncloud.

Additionally, the sidebar houses the Subscription Manager, displaying all subscription details for the tenant's convenience.

Furthermore, the Platform introduces the concept of an Inactive Account Manager , explaining how tenant data will be handled if an account remains inactive for an extended period. Multiple notifications are offered before permanently deleting the inactive account.

The Audit Logs are carefully recorded, providing a chronological record of all activities.

For comprehensive guidance, the Question Mark icon serves as a portal to the Documentation section, enabling easy reference to PerfAgents Platform documentation.

The Settings section is thoughtfully divided into three categories:

1. Personal Settings: Here, tenants can modify personal information such as First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number via the Account section. The Security option allows for Password Changes and setting up Two-Step SMS Verification for enhanced security.
2. Organization Settings: This section includes fields for managing Users, API Keys, and Advanced settings. The Users subsection enables tenants to view and manage user details, allowing seamless addition or removal of users when needed. API Keys serve as authorization methods to access PerfAgents APIs. The Advanced option provides flexibility by enabling Custom Subdomain additions or deletions. It also offers the capability to remove the account through a Delete option.

3. Switch Role: Tenants can conveniently switch between different roles available to them, facilitating versatile platform exploration.

The Adoption Score feature displays an overall percentage reflecting the tenant's level of platform exploration. The score considers multiple factors to determine the percentage, ensuring a comprehensive assessment of engagement and utilization.
