Manage Your Subscriptions in One Place

The Subscription Manager presents tenants with a comprehensive view of their subscriptions, containing essential details such as Product, Plan, Type, System Status, Start Date, Next Billing Date, and Status. A user-friendly filtering and search feature enhances accessibility.

  • Product: Reflects the name of the subscribed product.

  • Plan: Indicates the current plan in use.

  • Type: Describes the product type.

  • System Status: Indicates the current system status (active or not).

  • Start Date: Represents the date of product registration by the tenant.

  • Next Billing Date: Specifies the deadline for plan upgrades.

  • Status: Indicates whether the plan is in trial, activated, or expired.

Account Details provide a summarized view of the onboarding-related information, while the Adoption Score offers insights into the usage of subscribed products to date. For direct assistance, tenants can utilize the 'Call PerfAgents Engineer' option, offering four choices: 'Schedule a call', 'Chat with us', 'Send an email', or 'Open ticket'.

By clicking on any data under the subscription details, tenants can access the extended page for additional information.

The document icon next to 'Status' redirects users to the 'Invoices and Billing' page.

Additionally, the Platform facilitates plan upgrades through the 'Upgrade' or the 'Billing & Payment' option available on the subscription and extended pages respectively.
