Concerned about the potential deletion of your inactive account without notice? Rest assured, our Inactive User Account page addresses this concern comprehensively. We understand the importance of maintaining active accounts, and we offer solutions to avoid accidental deletions.

To safeguard your account, we provide the option to update your contact details.

To ensure that your account remains active and accessible, we recommend extending the inactivity period which can be set up to 90 days. This will prevent your account from becoming inactive.

For prompt notifications, updating your email address is mandatory. Additionally, you have the option to include your mobile number for added convenience. Whichever contact method you choose, PerfAgents will always reach out to you before taking any action regarding your account.
