Enhancing Security: Change Password and Multi-Factor Authentication

Maintaining account security is of utmost importance. It is strongly advised to change passwords on a regular basis, ideally every three months. To further strengthen login security, we provide the option of 'Two Step SMS Verification' in our Security section, as illustrated below.

Please note that users signed in with Google will not have the option to change their passwords or enable MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication).

To enable Two-Step SMS Verification:

Step 1: Click on Two-Step SMS Verification.

Step 2: Enter your current password to proceed.

Step 3: Enter your phone number to receive an SMS with a verification code. Enter the code and click Verify.

Upon successful verification, your account is now protected. Whenever you log in, you will be prompted to enter the 6-digit code sent to your phone, ensuring unauthorized access is prevented.

By following these steps, you have taken a significant step towards safeguarding your PerfAgents account and enhancing its overall security.
