PerfAgents Uncloud is the flagship SaaS-based product from PerfAgents, designed to monitor the Availability, Performance metrics, SLA, and transaction metrics for websites and application endpoints from multiple locations around the world.
Uncloud serves as a monitoring layer to ensure the continuous availability of your applications worldwide, guaranteeing an SLA level of four nines (99.99%). This level of SLA is equivalent to an outage of only 8 seconds in a single day.
Upon accessing Uncloud, users will be greeted with the Dashboard, providing an overview of the monitored metrics, as shown below.
The sidebar includes the following sections:
Monitorings: Comprising Monitorings and Create Monitoring options.
Alerts: Offering access to Alerts Dashboard, Alerts Reports, Alert Integrations, Global Alert Rules, and Custom Alert Rules.
Custom Variables: A page to configure custom variables for specific monitoring needs.
Domain Whitelisting: Allowing users to whitelist specific domains for monitoring purposes.
Maintenance Window: Enabling users to schedule monitorings for maintenance.
Holistic View: Visually represents the created monitors, categorized by their types.
Further down the sidebar, users can find the Adoption Score, representing the overall percentage of utilization based on certain factors, as displayed below.
Clicking on 'View More' leads to a page displaying all the completed and pending tasks.
To obtain the PDF file of the Adoption Score report, users can click on 'Generate Report'.
Finally, at the top of the sidebar is the Launch Pad, featuring Urgent Alerts and Incidents, Recommended Workflow, Connect Provider/Create Integrations/Logs View, Recommended Next Step, Adoption Score, What's new in the latest Uncloud version, Uncloud update history, and Documentation. These sections provide comprehensive insights and guidance for utilizing PerfAgents Uncloud effectively.
